I always look forward to this time of year. A new beginning and renewal of life. It rejuvenates me when I can work in the gardens. Although the snow has barely melted, things are already buzzing in the gardens for April. A couple of items on the schedule are a photo shoot and a wedding. Also, herb starts will also be ready for purchase this weekend.
Hello! I hope that you have survived any winter blues.
Now is the time to be planning for your garden. You can plant your cold crop seeds by the end of February. At the same time you can start your indoor nursery to ready your warmer crops and flowers. I can't wait for the warm weather to come and stay.
Laurelyn delighted us with a variety of flavored Cream Cheeses, Mozzarella and Cottage Cheeses to taste. We had a delicious and wonderful time. As Laurelyn demonstrated the processes you could feel the excitement in the air. "Yes, I can do this!"
Miss H. the Wonderful Assistant.
We had Guests from near and far.
Donna, graced us all the way from Blackfoot, Idaho.
Thanks to ALL who came and enjoyed this class with us.
Even the cooking pot had a great time!
*This was the final class for this season. Check back with us early Spring 2011 for a new class schedule.
